attn chase debit card fraud

federal regulation E

debit fraud department 866-362-2228

i was treated with great hostility by somebody claiming to be named nikki. i was ripped off by a merchant and wamu/chase refused to refund my money or take a claim.

i spoke to somebody claiming to be brady 266020 who was "the manager of the debit fraud department" and was assured that there was nobody else higher up in the company.

this bank has had my loyalty for years. they have now lost my business forever, and forever. i had my mortgage with them. not next time.

they were rude, and in addition, they refused to accept a fraud claim against me.

beware -- wamu was bought by chase, one of the most corrupt banks in the business, rivaling nationsbank/bank of america.

they were rude, they were deliberately speakign softly after i told them i have a disability and hearing problem. i repeatedly had to ask, then demand they speak up. this sort of passive aggressive behavior is something i have never witnessed by a bank.

brady 266020 was extremely unhelpful and seemed to enjoy denying me the right to file a fraud charge.

i am disabled and unable to fight for myself. i guess the big banks won. i hope brady 266020 and that extremely unprofessional, abusive person claiming to be named nikki can sleep at night. but obviously they have no sense of morality. if this is the face of wamu, i am going to close my account with them. they will never get my business again.

The only way they will learn is by taking them to court, either small claim or civil court, which I am taking them for ripping me off.
Generally filing a complain to OCS or the Better Business Bureau will not do much.
