I had a credit card with Wells Fargo Financial for over a year never missed or was late on a payment. Received a letter from them just before my card expired saying that they will not renew my card.

A few weeks later received a call from the local branch told her what happen and she said lets do a new app. Did the new app was approved but couldn't issue the card because the account that was suppost to be closed was not and they put a block on it. No one can tell me why they have a block and they will not close the account. I was so lied to when I called to get a balance to pay off and they sent me a bill after I paid it off for $2.24.

This bank needs to be stopped because I found out that back in August of this year they closed a lot of accounts for no reason.
