Lending Institution Had Solicited Myself With Higher Interest Loan, As I Had Needed-Medical Procedures Upon Myself Following A Near Death Auto Accident, In Which I-Had Ultimately Lost Both Of My Legs (Amputated) From Loss In Auto Accident.
The Lending Institutions Loan Person Had Known The Situation Of Myself Fully-However, At Time Of Loan Origination, Knowone Would Have Known, I Would Be-Unable To Physically Work, As I Was And Still Am Wheelchair Confined And Will-Never Be Able To Walk Again As A Result Of The Auto Accident And Further-Complications As Diabetes Had Develeped As Well. Since My Physical Disabilties-Of Current And Ongoing Have Caused Myself To Remain Homebound For The Last-4+ Years, And Have To Live On A Rather Meeger Income Only To Survive-
I Have Attempted To Contact Them Several Times Via Registered Mail As To-Request Any Type Of Cooperation With Myself To Satisfy The Debt Named Herein-Or Possibly Grant Myself A Reduced Settlement Amount Of Reasonable Proportions-To Also Satisfy This Debt, As I Have Been Upon The Advise Of Counsil, As Of My-Legal Rights Prior To Declaring A Personal Bankruptsy And Forclosure As Current!
Since The Original Loan Named Herein, Has Fallen Behind, I Receive Numerous-Letters Of Personal Threat To My Address & Telephone Calls At All Hours Of Day And-Night, Resulting In Personal Threats & Obvious Discrimination Upon Myself And Any-Family Members!
