Wells Fargo Financial predatoral lending fraud San Pablo California

On June2,2009 I met a Wells Fargo leander in San Papolo office after he called me yo offer to refinanance my car loan.
I had just worked a graveyard shift and when all was said and done I did refinanced.
I unknowingly signed my name to a 2,000 consolidation on some of my lower credit cards. After walking out of the office and reviewed the papers in my car I found a doument (Which they never showed me hidden under many papers )showing that I incurred a $8,00i0 dollar debt. Also that my intrest rate went from 10 percent to 21 percent.
Whan I saw this, I immediately call and wanted toi bring the checks back at no avail .I spoke to the supervisor to no avail.
I am so angry.
Upon futher research I fond Wells Fargo has a history of poredatory leading (GOOGLE SEARCH) and California has yet to pass a law protecting us against this.
I was frauded and I still have the checksa and i want out.
Why would Wells Fargo not incorpoorate a 3 day opition out clause?
Isn't that decent?
I am A single mother and I fill I was Targeted.
I went from owning Wells Fargo 11000 dollars to 21000 dollare over a two thousand loan,
There is no way that I f this was explained to me properly I would have signed the papers.
Please If there is any way you can help me and the other people that Wells Fargo is praying on you will be so blessed.
