Wells Fargo took over Wachovia. They changed from Wachovia to Wells Fargo(big mistake). Went into branch on the corner of International Speedway and Clyde Morris Blvd(even bigger mistake). Greeted by some tall guy who is clearly imp Daytona Beach, Florida

went into branch because after conversion from Wachovia to Wells Fargo they had messed up 2 of my husbands and i accounts. okay now 1 month and 1/2 later they have taken $10.00 out of one of the accounts because we didn't transfer money into the account from another account. Ok when we went in to straighten up this big mess carol turek said because of the accounts you have the fees would be waived.

to our surprise when we look at one of the accounts they have charged a service fee of $10.00. i called customer service on 11/06/2011 at 10pm and spoke with anna thomas and she was just as bad. i asked her for a customer service phone number to make a formal complaint she said they didn't have a phone number just an address. what. are you serious. ok give me the address she did. then i asked for the corporate phone number. anna said the something so stupid she said they don't have a coporate phone number. are you kidding me. seriously. straight bull Wells Fargo is a Rip Off. Just say no.
