Please be advised if you are a band & are contacted by Marc Asher/ZT5...It is a total scam.
My band hired him to do a video shoot & paid X amount of dollars up front to get started.Once the video was shot,we then contacted Marc Asher about getting our video for promotional purposes and thats when the contact ceased.Once we started figuring out what was going on,we finally received a email stating if we sent 5K more we could actually get our video.
This person we later found out is a convicted felon w/ a criminal background who uses several different names as well as several different FB profiles to hide behind.
There are a list of bands that have been taken or contacted by Marc Asher to rk with him & his non recognized company ZT5.net....... PLEASE DO NOT.... IT IS TOTAL SCAM

There is no name associated with this complaint. There is also no truth to it. I am assuming it's in response to the rip-off report we filed on Curse Icon located here: http://www.ripoffreport.com/strippers-dancers/curse-icon-llc-mark/curse-icon-llc-mark-bowman-c-080fe.htm
But we can't be sure as this complaint had no name or person associated with it. We posted our name, apparently whoever filed this bogus complaint didn't have the balls. Nuff said.

I had a similar incident with this guy and he thinks i wrote this post, so now he's slandering my name all over the web. Not a good guy to work with. Whoever this is, please state who you are so that my name and reputation is clear of this post for my legal standings.

I handle my business like a man and don't hide behind anonymous blogs, emails and Facebook profiles like you my friend. So please stop slandering my name or I WILL see you in court. It's funny that there are so many people reporting you that you can't keep track of who you screwed last.

In rebuttal to Mr. Mark Asher's comments. I handle my business professionally and like a man. I do not hide behind the cowardice of fake blogs, emails and Facebook accounts to handle my business affairs unlike yourself. This was NOT me, so please stop slandering my name or I WILL see you in court. I do find it interesting that so many people are reporting you that you can't keep track of who it actually is. Nice try, but wrong guess.
