As of 01/15/09, this is the rebuttal response email I received from the BBB of Salt Lake, Utah after filing a complaint with them about this scam artist and the way they are stealing money from others:

"Per customers request on 11/26/08 with customer service rep Pristine, there account was canceled and there were no more charges to the account. Customer has been refunded. See proof below:

As of 01/15/2009, I have just spoken with a CSR from my bank and verified that no such refund/deposit was issued from THIS company on or after 12/11/2008 in the amount of $89.31. My account was charged $89.31 (MyBodyPhysique- #888-771-7028) on 11/14/2008; $1.79 (International Service Fee) on 11/14/2008; $8.51 (PriceLimbo.com- #877-350-8480) on 12/01/2008; $8.51 (PriceLimbo.com- #877-350-8480) on 12/31/2008.

I have called each # many times to request refunds for these unauthorized charges, received confirmation #s, only to be told it takes days, weeks, months to process refunds and was told "only 10% of the refunds could be processed due to the holidays, # of calls received, etc." These companies are owned/operated by the same individual(s). Please take the time to review the consumer website www.ripoffreport.com and type in "Acai Berry" in the search window. I am not the only person that has been ripped off. I want all of my money back.
