Adele Services credit card rip off Smyrna Internet

Today on november 24, 2008. I was checking over my online banking statement and i seen a .25 cent charge and i didn't know what it was so i called my bank to get a telephone number and the number they gave me was not in service. So went to the bank to put a despute and they told me that it was a test charge for someone to see if my account was active and that they would be making charges in my name with my card. So i searched adele services and seen all these complaints. now i'm scared to even use my new bank card or any of my credit cards someone might steal it again. This is terrible and i hope they catch the person who is responsible for this. I would like to go face to face with them while they go to court.
