Yes Amazon has pulled the "Account suspension scam" with myself as well. For no apparent reason my account was suspended after a "so called" dissatisfied customer that came from out of the blue. After reading many reports on them it has come to my conclusion that everyone who has gotten suspended has had overall positive feedback ratings. It is a set up and for what? Why bite the hand that feeds you? I smell fish and it will all come out in the wash. Further more it makes no sense to reply to their e-mails because they are all replied back to you on a generic e-mail response and you cannot call anyone there.

The stories I have read are horrible. There are people who quit their jobs and have become Pro Merchants on Amazon making some good money and have been suspended without any concrete reasoning. I honestly believe they are freezing these account and with the large sums of that they are holding they are investing it in a 90 day or 6 month CD. Something went wrong internally with Amazon someone dropped the ball and a large sum of cash somewhere and now they are trying to make it up. Like I said why bite the hand that feeds you.

Legally they cannot hold your/my money. You invested in the products to sell on their website, you pay them a commission they get theirs and you get yours. It's simple math. The only way it gets complex is when people start "skimming the till." Do we have another AIG on our hands? You are only using their website for an advertising outlet so the world can see your products online. They did not do the leg work like you and I to acquire these products you did. They are just a platform for an outlet for people to buy your product on. Many people feel because they handle the money that they control your business and you work for them. NO!! they work for us! ! If you did not list products on their site for people to buy they would not be able make MONEY! They make money off our backs and our products and then turn around and hold our money and suspend our accounts for no apparent reason.

I'm done talking. It's time for some action. I deal with media and have my own production facility. I'm ready to take it to the streets. I wish I could leave my e-mail address so, that we can all communicate and form some kind of an alliance. Anyone have any suggestions on how to contact one another let please let me know. I believe in "Power to the People!" We made that company what it is today from complying to their rule and the sweat off our backs! Many of us have put in countless hours packing and shipping and during the Christmas rush have worked over night to make sure we provide great customer service. Remember what I said we do the work. They just push the paper. Yes, I hear you it's David vs Goliath and we all know how that turned out.
