American Freedom Insurance Company has horrible customer service. Rip-off! Arlington Heights Illinois

I was in an accident with a customer of American Freedom, and that began the nightmare I have had to live with since the accident. My accident was on March 18th, 2004 and it is now May 8th, 2004, and my car is still not fixed. The person that hit my car was to blame for the accident and all agreed that the cause of the accident was solely the American Freedom customer's fault. With that in mind I figured it would just be a matter of getting my car fixed since we knew already who caused it.

They have given me the run around and I have asked on several occasions to speak with a manager and never once, not 1 time have I ever spoke to any manger. I left 6 messages on the managers voice mail and still no response. When they answer the phones they do not say their names nor when you ask who you are speaking with do they give their name. Even the manager has no name on his voicemail. This company needs to really be repremanded on the way they handle their business. I have already reported them to the BBB and also to the Illinois Insurance Dept., maybe all the complaints will help.
