Lisa - I can understand your need to post this report as being a warning to everyone. But what I would ask of you is do you really know the entire story behind the BBB claims?

AmeriPlan(R) was working with a provider network in the state of Montana and the network was having some issues, so AmeriPlan(R) quickly resolved them. The BBB subsequently "suspended" AmeriPlan's(R) status - the BBB is not allowed (by their OWN doctrine) to suspend any company unless that company has an open legal action against them (they did not).

AmeriPlan's(R) legal team began the process of a lawsuit for wrongful suspension. When the BBB received the legal paperwork from AmeriPlan(R), that's when they revoked their membership.

If all people that felt the need to slam a company had all the facts about a company, there might not be such a negative nature to people's attitudes regarding home-based businesses as being scams.

Being an Independent Business Owner myself, I find it disheartening to see that a non-profit organization like the BBB (who is run by several corporations), seem to have some sort of "power" over people's perception of how a company works. It's obvious that the BBB's handling of this situation is not good business practice - what company is? All I ever ask of anyone looking into my business is that they make sure to have ALL the facts before passing judgement.

Oh, I just love your response. Oh, but before Ameriplan got REVOKED (let me say this again) REVOKED, all you pathetic Ameriplan IBOs were flaunting your status of a BBB member.

Ameriplan and all of its' IBOs are liars!

The Montana State Attorney General initiated an investigation on Ameriplan after Ameriplan IBOs and corporate Amerplan kept trying to sell the health benefits (more like lowgrade benefits worth nothing!) to the general public of Montana when there were no providers. Scamming the general public. Ameriplan and its' IBOs are losers! To steal and lie to get ahead.

I often find dishonest IBOs posting online. I love checking out those pathetic websites and looking at providers. It amazes me how a company can get away with making up providers and listing people as providers when they are not.

Ameriplan is a shameful company. How they even say USA in their name is disgusting. America is a wonderful country with a Sh%thole company using that as part of its' name. Ameriplan is EVIL!
