ANTOnline - Amazon.com Deceptive business practices by both companies Bolingbrook Illinois

I purchased this unit in March as a gift for my brother. When he got it we could not get the GPS to lock onto satellites. It would see one or two but never more. We attempted to get it to work on two different computers to no avail. I quickly got the idea that it was defective so I contacted the company from which I bought it, AMAZON.COM. They told me to contact ANTOnline, the seller, which I did. They told me that they had no responsibility for the product and that I should contact the manufacturer.
The following day, I placed a phone call to Deluo, LLC and left a message. It was never returned. I again placed a call a few days later assuming the call was lost in the shuffle, again, no return call. I contacted AMAZON.COM to see what they would do for me and after stringing me along for several weeks, they told me I had missed the return deadline and the case is closed.
Well, that put AMAZON.COM at the head of my DO NOT USE list with ANTOnline following a close second. I am telling you this because I can afford to loose $91.49 on a bad product, but I dont want the junk cluttering my house. Ultimately, I returned the entire package the manufacturer so he may send it off to some other unsuspecting fool who is dumb enough to buy your product from callous, uncaring companies like the three listed above.
