I ordered a book on 4-23-08. It is 6-11-08 & I have yet to receive the book.

Their date for "Customer Service" was 5-29-08. I have contacted them via their site 10 times with the same reply: Wait we are not responsible for the slow service of the USPS.

I asked to cancel the order as I no longer needed it. Their reply was: "No, it had been sent". I don't think so.

I have asked for my money back more than once. I get the same answer: "wait for the delivery" I am done waiting. I want my money back now. I will never order from them again. I wish I could get Amazon to take them off their site.
