lincoln national promised to save my home if i sent avery steinberg esq 1600.00. i did so i did ever thing ask of me. they did not one thing to earn money,this was in dec 09.in late april they told me good luck on my home modifcation,they were bankrupt.now there phones are cut off.and avery wont return calls.the fact they took my money is bad but they told me to make no paynents on my home .so not only am i out 1600.00 but now i am in a lot more danger of losing my home than ever.how are these crocks getting away with this.if anybody can help me make this man pay .if i were rich i would call the sopranios and put a hit on these people

Lincoln National was my client but they never followed my legal advice. I instructed them how to conduct a legitimate business, however, they did whatever they wanted. When they filed bankruptcy, they hurt many customers and me, too. I feel sorry for the people who were cheated; please do not blame the lawyer who did not do anything wrong.
