Better Business Bureau putting false reports in customer complaint data Longwood florida

I am trying to find a decent car to get back and forth to work so far in Volusia county alone I have ripped off twice by two dealerships and I contacted the BBB, I did not hear anything so I look those who stole from me and they say that the complaint was handled.? What I never heard back from anyone. I believe that if you as a company are willing to join the BBB you are hiding from all you bad deeds, It's a shame that the BBB lets people do this they were started to help consumers? I have not seen any of that. So don't bother looking a company up in the BBB because as long as they pay their $250.00 a year the BBB will protect them.
