If you are applying for a job with this company, please be aware that this company and its executives will mislead you if not altogether lie to you. I recently applied for a Junior Consultant and Marketing Account Manager. During my first interview, they told me that I would be managing a marketing account of a Fortune 500 company and would be paid a base salary. They called me back for a second interview, in which I was told that I would job shadow a senior marketing executive. Upon my arrival, they sent me 30 miles away with a 21 year old high school graduate to go door to door in let's just say not the best part of town. Oh, by the way, I find it fascinating that the company requires a college degree for the job, but sends you out with high school graduates to go door to door. Needless to say, the job was a commissioned based job.
If you apply for this job in the winter make sure you bring a coat, because they forget to tell you until you are in 30 degree weather.

I also had an "interview" with this company. I am new to the area so I was looking for a job. I wasn't having much luck so I started getting desperate and sent my resume to Black Sea International. What the hell I figured. I should have known it was a scam but I figured I would try it out.
Interview one:
I show up for my first interview and my first impression of the place was one of a second rate company. There was a girl at the front desk listening to crappy music loudly but she was nice so I overlooked the lack of professionalism until she somehow got nail polish in her eye but that was my second interview and by then I knew I was into something bad so I just laughed at her. I wasn't told what I would be doing at my first interview even though I asked about ten times. Just kept getting the old "we are working for a Fortune 500 company, marketing their product". I knew it was sales but boy was I going to be shocked. So I sat with the guy and talked to him and he asked me to come in the next day for a second interview where I would go out into the field and learn from an executive. Cool I thought. Sounds like a good opportunity. Maybe go to a company and attend a professional sales meeting and this job would be worth the far ride I had to make to get there...................nope.
Interview two:
Second day and I'm going out to the field to really learn the business with a top notch executive I think. I watched the girl get the polish in here eye which was mind boggling. Well I met the executive and while he was a cool guy, he was not an executive. He was a recent college graduate maybe, who was taking me out to his territory to make some sales. I'm thinking maybe we will be going to preset appointments in the area and do some selling. After about 30 minutes of driving and being asked questions, like an office interview in a car, we arrive in a really nice neighborhood and get out of the car. Door to door sales!!! We had to walk around a neighborhood trying to sell AT&T U-verse to people. I felt like a jerk bothering these people in the middle of their day and had to take a little stuff from some old lady in a workout outfit drinking wine at 2pm and some old codger who would never leave Comcast (you mean old motor scooter). Right there I knew I was out but I didn't want to mess up the door to door sales guy's cash flow so I played the role of a nice guy while we harassed old people, interrupted people during their dinner and even were mistaken for a guy that was coming to a families' home to help with the refinancing of their house. I felt horrible listening to the kids whose parents were struggling financially telling me that she didn't get to do dance anymore and here I was trying to soak their parents for more money. I did get to meet an old feller that looked like Santa Claus who mentioned to me about 100 times he was in sales. I guess I don't have the heart for sales or working for a swarthy dude like the guy I met with before I left. I'm not sure if I was called back for a third interview or not because I blocked their number on my way home although I doubt it because I kept asking if we get paid even if we don't sell anything. I also had an interview the next day for an IT job with a legitimate company that would actually give me a paycheck every week. Got the job btw and love it. Oh well, a little wasted gas and time led to a lesson. Never answer a call for interview where they don't tell you what they do. Thanks for the day out in the nice neighborhood Keith.
