Some time around March of 2009, i received some books from Bottom Line Books. I had not ordered any books from that publication.
There was a letter mentioning something about free books. So i kept it.
Until they sent me a bill. They wanted me to pay $47.94 for such books.
I immediately packed everything and mailed back to Bottom Line Books.
I mailed with Priority USPS with confirmation of delivery.
I included a letter explaining that i wasn't interested, asked them to erase my name off from their list.
Two months later, though, i received a second letter. Bottom Line Books is still trying to collect $47.94. Note : every letter sent from them i s addressed from a different person and different department.
I will now file a complain with the BBB. I hope that will take care of it.
Any suggestions?
