I ordered my Uggs in chestnut on dec. 3 and didnt recieve until dec. 18. When I opened the small box that the uggs were squished into, I found that the boots had PEN on them!!!
AAAAAANNNDDDD total knock offs! My sister in law has the real ones and I compared hers to mine and the difference is so obvious, I cant believe they try to pull this off!!!
How could you send a damaged product and how to heck do you get PEN all over a brand new pair of boots?! Anyway, I've sent multiple emails and still no response even though they say "100% money back guarantee" on their website. They also claim they are with the BBB but I cant even find them on the BBB site!!!!
Im very highly disspointed....DO NOT order for buybootnow.net!!!!!!

I agree with you the same happened to me. I ordered 12/3 received the boots 12/15. The box was so small and the boots were folded with creases. The right boot had a piece of lining missing 2 x 3 inches. I emailed the company, it took 3 days to hear back from them. And another 3 days to let me know I could send them back to china. Well I sent them back 12/22 and it cost $32 to send them back. More then they are worth, I had to send buybootnow.net a tracking number. So with that info I explained I wanted a refund, their reply was well if we receive the boots back we will give you a refund. I will not hold my breath I am sure they will say they did not arrive. Good luck to you and let everyone know DO NOT order from buybootnow.net... Oh and contact www. ic3.gov, This was recommended by paypal, contact your CC company.
