My husband and I bought into the scam, unfortunately! We paid $1700.00 for what we were told would be 6 months worth of meat. It lasted us 3 months. Some of the meat was good (Not any better than the store) But, the beef was nasty and some of the different chicken. My husband didn't care to much for the fish either. We can't get our money back and feel like we were completely mislead. The sales guy that had come to our home has been fired (shortly after making our sale) We aren't happy with them at all. Anyone out there needs to not listen to them. The salesperson is very pushy and tries to fast talk. Just tell them NO NOT INTERESTED. Believe me you can save alot of money buying in bulk at the store and wrapping your own meat.

We have been using Celebrity Prime for several years and have generally been satisfied with the products, service and quality. Any time we had a problem with the product, the company immediately replaced it. While I recognize that the appliances are expensive, it's also true that they are good quality. We have a freezer, a refrigerator and a set of knives. The only thing I don't like are the knives, as I feel they are oversold and not the top quality that was represented. That said, I'm a bit of a snob about cutlery.

The freezer has a feature that reverses the freezing part and converts it to heat to aid the process of defrosting. I really like that, as it makes the task so much easier.

The delivery person for the appliances was competent, friendly and efficient.

I must admit that I'm rethinking any reorder for products. We are currently running out of the food they deliver, so I'll be much more diligent about checking the invoice to ensure we are getting what we ordered at the price we are quoted.
