Commercial Maintenance Chemical Corp contacted me by phone, agreed to try their smallest quantity, received it, statement for $131. Sent me some more for $296. Internet

I was contacted by phone and agreed to try a small amount of their eco-friendly drain and sewer degreaser.

Received a small bucket and statement for $131.16.  Was contacted by someone explaining that the shipment was damaged, and they would be sending me the rest of it.  I told them that I did not like the product so don't send any more.  That was not his department but he would send the info along.

A big black bucket was delivered, then later a statement for $296.46.  I called and asked for an explaination, and was told the black bucket was the rest of the original order. UPS had re-packaged the damaged first shipment.

I said I did not want it and it would be on my front porch and suggested they pick it up because I was  not going to send them any more money. I was told they would not pick it up and my account would remain open. Immediately googled them and shocked that there was a site with many complaints about them.
