This company has no idea how to handle buisness in a proffesional manner.They're quick to except your money,however slow to take care of your needs. First of all they need more english speaking representatives. ( I don't know if I'm calling a third-world country or what).
Second, no one could explain to me how you could have over seventy-five dollars on a phone account and your account is clear to recieve phone calls only to find out thirty minutes later your phone account has been blocked. The phone calls that I recieve from the facility are only ninty-three cent a call. YOU DO THE MATH!!!
When you call to talk to a representative about the problem that has taken place the only answer you recieve is that your account will be clear to recieve calls within 2-24 hours, which is the answer they respond to every question you may have. When asking to talk with a supervisor or someone who may have more experience you are then placed on hold for at least thirty to forthy-five minutes. Only to find out that "THE FLOOR SUPERVISOR" has the same answer as the representative had before.
I am truely disgusted with CORECTIONAL BILLING SERVICES/EVERCOM and how they run their establishment. I reccomend that you try and find other alternatives in talking with your love ones that are incarcerated.
