Cottman Transmission I'm getting a attorney Peidmont South Carolina

i have read some of the complaints an i am having the same problems with my transmission and with being lied to.today is 06-29-09,two weeks ago i took my ford windstar to cottman trans.i decided for them to rebuild the trans since they are in the yellow pages more than once.sorry to say but that was a mistake!from the get go gary who is the lier who works behind the desk did nothin but tell me one lie after another.pick up my ford after 5 days.right away i noticed something wasnt right.two days later o/d light comes on and gears are slipping.take it back on thursday morning.pick up the van friday.get 10miles down the road o/d light comes on. come to a stop at the red light.the van does not go anywhere.all gears are slipping even in reverse.gave gary two chances to fix the trans right.now im getting a attorney.calling the better bureau and calling action 7 new's unless they decide to settle this matter.
