DVD Avenue/DvdCraze.tv Ripped Off By DVDCraze---Don't Order from them Toronto ON Canada

I ordered the old tv series The Bionic Woman and when I ordered it, they told me to expect it in 12 days. On the 12th day I received and email saying my order was on backorder, so I sent them a email and I also contacted a representative from their website on line, she said as soon as it is ready for shipping i would get an email.

Two days later I recieved another email saying it was on backorder. I then emailed them a second time requesting my money back with no response. I tried calling the 1-877-7-TV-Show, and no one answered.

I am reporting them to the better business bureau in Florida. It is a shame people can't be trusted. Demons are all around, before you order off the net, check the better business bureau first. But make sure you make a complaint.
