This company is a complete rip off. They are a sham and I'm taking them to small claims court. They took $150.00 from me and offered me NO services. They took my money and never contacted me. I wanted help getting a place and all they helped me with was getting migraines.

When I went to the company to get my money back they told me to send in the original contract to their "Refund Department." I did and they have yet to respond to my request. I sent the contract to them twice. I had to send it twice because the first time it was REFUSED by the company. I sent it again and according to the confirmation from the post office it was received, and they still have yet to respond. This all started in February and we are now in May.

Do not work with this company. They don't know what they are doing. They are unprofessional and they exist to take people in need for their money.

This company should be red flagged and closed down forever.

I was desperately looking for an apartment in the LA area but I was working 10 hours a day, 6 days a week and had no time to look. I was skeptical when they asked for money up front but I was desperate so I took a chance. BAD IDEA!! I called them within 24 hours and a week and they repeatedly told me they would send me my leads . . . it was supposed to be "by the end of the day" then it was "give it 2 hours". I'd give it some time, check my email, and I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING!! I ended up finding an apartment by myself. What a shady business!
