Extreme Acai Berry What a joke!! I have tried for 1 1/2 mo. to get a refund. They sure can charge you IMMEDIATELY but after 4 calls they still can't refund me $89.31. I got the trail & the next day my account was charged $89.31. Davie Florida

I ordered the trail acai berry and the next day my account was charged
$89.31. Didn't even have a chance to see if the product would work for me. I immediately called the 800 number and ask them the credit my account and CANCEL my order. I was told they would give my request to their supervisor. 2nd call was told all they could do was give my information to their supervisor and they hung up. 3rd call I ask to speak to the supervisor and was told my request would be sent to the Corporate office with high priority to have my account credited. At the time I asked for the Corporate office's phone number and was told they couldn't give it out. 4th call, I spoke with another supervisor and told her the same thing I had reported the last 3 phone calls. Again asking for the corporate office's phone number. Amanda, Supervisor, said they don't have a number just a address. I told her she can AGAIN send my request to the CORPORATE OFFICE and also include that they will be hearing from my attorney next time.

Between the 3rd and 4th call I was charged another $30.00 from another company to receive online help with weight loss. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!! I called them and within 4 days my account was credited back that charge.

I am at the point my attorney has gotten involved. This is crazy!!!
