I actually panicked when I read about people being ripped off by this company!

Out of all of the companies offering the Acai berry supplements, I had to order from the one being reported. Go figure!

I too ordered the trial 14 pill bottle and lo and behold, shortly thereafter received another bottle in the mail which contained 60 pills and I did not authorize the shipment!!

I called the number on the bottle twice earlier this morning and got a recording that sounded suspiciously homemade and not professional at all.

I am happy to report though, that after trying the number for a third time, I actually reached a professional recording and was actually connected to a live person immediately.

I explained that I did not order the second bottle and firmly requested that they cancel my account and told the gentleman not to send any more bottles and that I did not want to see any more charges on my credit card.
He then gave me a cancellation code number and I read it back to him. I will keep this on hand believe me! Hopefully this did the trick. Maybe they have decided to clean up their act because they are afraid of lawsuits.

I hope this is the end of it for me, and good luck to the rest of the public that has been scammed by this company!!
