I ordered a free trial of Acai Berry Detox from FWM Laboratories for $3.95 shipping. There web site stated I had 14 days from the shipping date to canceal without being charged any further. The product was shipped on 01/29/2009 and I cancealed on 02/11/2009.

They gave me a canceallation number and told me that I would not be charged and the next day they charged my account $87.95. I have called them back several times and they keep telling me that I didn't canceal within the 14 days after shipping. I cancealed 13 days from the shipping date.

Don't order anything from this company, they are frauds, they will make unautherized charges on your account and won't refund your money.

I think there was a misunderstanding between you and FWM labs. Better call this no. (866-949-0138) so you can fix your financial issue with them. Explain to them that you actually canceled your order before the 14 days free trial period ends. Hope this one helps. Good luck.
