Global Tea Direct, Tea Francais sent for free sample, got charged for more evanston, Illinois

my story is the same as all the other stories on this site. I sent away for the free sample and was charged the $2.00 fee. Before I even received my sample order I noticed I was charged $38.50 for the next month of packets that I did not even want. I tried to contact the company to get my money back and still as of today I have not received it. I keep calling and they tell me I have to wait another 14 days and it never shows. it has been over two months now that I have been fighting with them. I was even charged overdraft fees by my bank because I did not know of the additional charges. Luckily I contacted my bank and they were kind enough to give me back that money. Again I called just yesterday and spoke with a supervisor with the company and she promised me that I would have the money in my account today, but alas still nothing. I keep getting the same response from these crooks and that is the checks in the mail. Something really needs to be done about these crooks ripping people off especially in these troubling times. I was laid off for 8 months and have just recently gotten a temp job. What a sad world we live in where people still exploit honest people. Please help!!!! I just want my money back.
