I am disabled & looking to make money, joined this company jan 2, 2009, cost to join was $3.oo, this was to provide information, never received it until jan 21, 2009, i attempted to cancel the same day jan 2, 2009 via email, they provided 866-870-4257, could not get through, problems with there line, i sent 2 emails & told them of this problem, again that i wanted to cancel, i was in hospital for 4 days, was not able to contact them until jan 14, 2009, they deducted $72.21 on jan 9, 2009 spoke with a JOE, id #12023, lacy id#12030 & another person,forget her name, very rude, would not allow me to speak with supervisor, all stating SUPERVISORS WILL NOT SPEAK WITH ME.
I was also told to 'GO FIND A JOB', i have many disc & vertebrae problems & if i could find a job that would allow me to stay home when im not able to leave my home because of extreme pain & continue to keep the job I would gladly do so, i mistakely thought this company would provide additional income for that very reason.
My original email to them states that i am on disability & can not afford any additional money & would they please contact me, their email back provided that tel# that i could not get through too, i can not afford to lose this money & they could care less. this product doesnt work to begin with & for them to use GOOGLE as their title name is wrong. If you can help me at all i would truly appreciate it. Thank you
