Grant Instructor I ordered the grant cd 5/27, paid the S&H, never received the product and they charged my account twice $49.50, because i tried to download it and it didn't work. They took the money before the 7 days, never received any email confirmation from them as they say they would so you can cancel. This is a scam, don't do it!!! I ordered the grant instructor cd on 5/27, thinking if all i have to pay is $2.95 for S&H, it can't be that bad. Well, apparently you have 7 days to cancel the "membership", however, according to them, they 're supposed to send a confirmation email on who to contact to cancel and i never received anything from them, didn't have a phone # to call. They took $49.50 out twice of my account before the 7 days. I called my bank and reported this as fraud. I still have not received the product in the mail. They surprisingly refunded one of the charges for $49.50, i did the downloaded version but it didn't work. I have filed a complaint with the NV BBB and am asking for a full refund, plus asking that they refund the overdraft fess they caused. This is a scam. I normally don't do these kinds of things, but i figured for $4.90, how much damage can be done? I did some research and found a phone # for Eastbizcom. They are the registered agent for them here in NV. They never returned my calls, go figure. Please don't fall for this, this is a total scam and i want their name to be smeared over town about this.
