I placed an order with this company on March 31, 2008 and I have a US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation Receipt that they received and signed for my payment on April 2, 2008 at 9:16.

However, as of today, April 17, 2008, some 15 days later my order is still "Processing." I have emailed the "store owner" (at least that is what the website says) three (3) times in the past two weeks and have yet to receive a response from any representative, owner or otherwise, as to why my order is not ready to be shipped or when it will be ready for shipment.

As a business owner, this kind of unprofessionalism is totally unacceptable and inexcusable. I now see I should have done more research into this alleged company.

I look forward to being part of any legal actions taken against this company.

I have been buying from them for a few years now and have never ever had a problem. I think the problem with these customers is that they dont read the description correct.If you do then you will find that you might get get what you think is in a case. I have read some of the complaints and they all say the same thing. They did not get as many items as they though they should have . Well if you read some cases are only 3 or 4 per case. One comment was they only received 6 instead of 12. If you read the description the cases are differnt and not all cases are 12. That the thing about internet ordering is you NEED to read.. I just wanted to say that because it seams they are giving this company a bad name when in fact in the 4 years I have benn ordering I have never had a probelm nor have any of my freinds that also buy from them. Just my veiw.. They are a great company and the cheapest on the net or even in any store I have found.
