Helzberg Diamond's Helzberg does not stand by their word, West Dundee Illinois

Where do I begin? I took my wedding ring into Helzberg to have the stone lifted out to make it taller it was $150.00 to do this I had to wait a 2 weeks till I got it back. I get it back and it looks horrible, not only that the girl behind the counter was saying it was fine just take it, The prongs that hold my round diamond in were going all in different directions.

The stone was not centered right and little black dots all over the metal, they continue to tell me its fine when I and my husband could see that it was not. The worst part is the jewler cut two holes out in the ring to make it talller and they were both uneven. The ring looked awful I wanted to cry.

They still continue to be rude and say its your ring do what you want to it, but to us it looks fine. I asked her nicely to look under the micro-scope and see the work he had done and she continued to ignore me. They took it back a secound time I had to wait another 2 weeks so now for a month have had no ring. This time the prongs, and the center stone are all screwed up there are still little black dots and the center stone looks smaller to me and the prongs go in every direction that hold the diamond in they slant and one sticks out.

still, not only that I had a diamond fall out out the side of my ring had to call them up again, and have to bring it back. How can a simple job turn into such a joke to them.

All I want is my ring fixed, and after they have done all this horrible stuff I want to fight them for my money back I don't want them touching my ring anymore I am going to another jewler. Please help me
