I answered an online ad in June and was told it was a free trial. Even after trying to cancel I have had my bank acct debited 3 times. Each time I have called and was told I'm not eligible for a refund and they would cancel my acct. The 2nd time I called they actually refused to cancel and "instead" gave me a free month since I had not accessed their database and developed a profile.

Following not even a month my acct was again debited. They now have $149.94 for absolutely nothing. They only give an 800 number to call, I was on hold for over 30 min each time--I called at differnet times during the day so maybe I could avoid this. Just trying to contact them has been quite expensive both financially and time-wise for me.
