which we aere used to we fell behind once again after the wedding by one month and 9 days. the next thing i know we have a notice of foreclosure in our mailbox. we were reinstated, dut only after we paid 11000 down within 24 hours and we had to make double house payments for the next 4 months. they also tried to charge us 1100 a month for homeowners insurance until we proved to them that we had it. the same thing has happened to us 9 months later. our house is scheduled to be sold on the courthouse steps and we did not even know about it. we have until tomorrow to come up with about 25000 including attorney fees for a letter which we were 3 weeks receiving. would foreclosure not warrant a certified letter? last year when i received the letter i called the attorney who was representing home eq and it took the 10 days to get back with me they then told me that they were not handling their cases but when home eq told me that i owed them 11000 in attorney fees the told me taht their was the one who told me that they did not handle their cases. we tried twice to make a payment to homeeq to bring us current(we were only one month behind) and they refused our payment. our home is to be sold the day after tomorrow. it is christmas i have four children and i do not know what to do please help me i am so desperate because i know that we can afford this house i just wish that someeone would have a little faith in us i am a nurse and my husband is a regional sales manager. please cant someone help us

i made my house payments and have proof that the checks were cashed. they said they were never received but yet i have the cancelled cashiers checks that say that they did receive them. we called them and they said to contact the home office. we did this but 1 day later we received a letter of foreclosre from an attorney. we have since received a 48 hr notice of evacuation for our home which we have lived in for the past 12 years, i am now sitting in the basement of my daughters boyfriends grandfathers home and looking at my life in black plastic bags. i am contemplating suicide but i know that my 4 daughters need me. is there anyone out there that has experienced the same thing
