indian silver shop Sarthak Fashion we pay for silver jewelry $670.00 and they never send it when we ask for our refond they keep ignoring us India Internet

in 11/08/09 we order on line whit Indian Silver Shop doing business as Sarthak Fashion and after we made our paymant they e-mail us to let us know our package will be mailed in tree days but the time goes by and we didn't get our package so two weeks after we make a phone call and the person that get the phone let us know that they have a holly day and our order was late  also they was having trouble exporting jewelry whit shells but they will be sending our package as soon is possible so we tell them to send us the tracking number after they send our order but we never get our package or our money back we keep sending emails but our emails are ignored

Indian Silver Shop doing business as Sarthak Fashion
I ordered $618 of jewelry through the company's website on October 08,2009. I needed the jewelry to sell at a fair. The fair was on October 30-Nov.01. The seller assured me that I would have my jewelry by then. A week before the fair I still had not received the jewelry. The seller did not answer any of the emails that I sent. I called the seller and was informed that they had just returned from a holiday in India. I was also told that the seller could not pass my jewelry through Indian Customs. The seller said he would try again to send out our jewelry.This is the last time we heard from the seller. We emailed his several times to inquire about the package and to get the tracking number. Finally after the fair we had to ask for a refund through paypal. We have neither money or jewelry to go to the fair with. Needless to say we were left up the creek without a paddle.

It has been a month and paypal was able to return about half the money that we put out. Paypal never even received a response from Indian Silvershop
