A friend forwarded the Wu-Yi Source Diet information, I reviewed the info and decided to try, understanding that the trial membership description. "You will have 2 full weeks after you receive your tea to evaluate the product" was stipulated in front ot the receipt, "Your Shipment is estimated to arrive within 4-7 business days" was identified, I received it 16 days later and billed the following week, leaving me less than a week to review.
After they billed me I attempted to contact them, no luck thru the phone and had less than welcoming (Pre-Scripted) messages in regards to contacting thru the internet. I cancelled the subscription, told them that I wish to NO longer recieve their services/ products/ subscription, they billed me last month and again this month, this last one has overdrawn my account and I will now be charged an additional fee. I have spoken to the bank and they could not do anything while the chage is pending. If anything can be done about this fraudulant activity would be appreciated.
