Last week 11/14/08. I used a pay phone to call Houston Texas. My cell phone was not charged so I used my debit card. Today, I reviewed my bank statement and found that the call cost me $35.00. My call wasn't long, just long enough to leave a message on voice mail. There has to be a mistake.
