Liberty Mutual Insurance Long Term Disability Is A Fraud Play paper games with ltd disability claims to cheat you out of what you paid for Phoenix Arizona

In March of 08 I had my left leg blown off with an assault rifle which has destroyed my life in many ways. I had been paying for LONG TERM DISABILITY insurance for 8 years. I've work for a electrical utility in Oklahoma as a Lineman for 8 years and they alway took their money every two weeks for this insurance. After all of this happened I was thinking every thing was going to be ok I was told I would get 60% of my wages through Liberty mutual. Mr. Robert Toon Case manager what a joke. It's a paper game. I filled out the 13 pages of stupid history from high school to now can you do this can you do that. Next thing I know robert toon claims the doctors hadn't sent him anything. I went to the doctors and saw were they have faxed them to him.

Now he's threating to close my case do to not recieving anything from the doctors. It all a scam to make Liberty mutual money I wouldn't doubt if they have classes on how to scam honest working people out of what they paid for. Now I having to go doctor to doctor to get records and I'm going to send them certified it's the only thing I can do. Liberty mutual needs to be turned in for cheating people of what is theirs.

Now I finacially ruined and an above knee amputee. Thanks liberty mutuall
