Mattress Giant replaced a defective mattress for me. One which was sunk in the middle. Very defective. At this time I purchased at SERTA mattress for $767.00. It is so soft I can not sleep on it. They told me tough I
had one replaced they will not exchange this one.

They replaced a defective mattress which was under warnty My invoice says If your not sleeping comfortably after 21 days please come back for a exchange

THEY ARE COMPLETE RIPOFF ARTIST

The warranty for this product is through the Serta company and has to follow the guide lines of Serta. The customer is asked to come into the store to try the mattress out to find the correct one for them. The sales person will assist in this matter but on a warranty exchange there is no 21 day comfort exchange. It is printed on the rcpt that it is for new sets and at the descretion of the store. If there is truly a probem with the new matt this person should file a warranty claim with Serta.

I can see why you are upset, your salesman should have informed you and put on your invoice that warranties are not to be exchanged as part of the satisfaction process but when nothing is mentioned and you go to do it and can't makes you upset.  It would make me upset too and it should have probably done anyway and on your next future invoice it should have been noted.  On behalf of Mattress Giant we appologize.  I can assure you no one was trying to rip you off.  It does not put additional money into the sales person pocket or his manager by avoiding that exchange however someone did make a mistake and you should have been taking care unless you started screaming and yelling, etc. in which case no one is going to want to help you.  Calmly ask to speak with his boss this company wants you to be happy and clearly you aren't.  I am sorry to here that.
