Mega Life And Health Insurance Company Ripoff, Flase statements, Didn't refund money North Richland Hills Texas

I apllied for Mega Insurance and then read reports regarding Mega insurance and called immeadly to cancell the policy. Was told I would receive my payment back 2 to 3 business days. I waited 3 weeks and still have not received a refund. I called the company again and was put on hold for 17 minutes, I then proceeded to call the insurance sales man while still on hold and was told to hang up and try again, which then proceeded to try to get me to come back to Mega, which I replied why should I when noone even ansewers the phone, and can't even get my refund when I am an unemployed person who could use the money.

Called back again to Mega sat on hold for another 14 minutes before the phone was ansewered, was told the exact same thing 2 to 3 business days. I then called the number that was on my charge card, when phone ansewered it said no such extention number and then was disconnected. I now have a claim in with my credit card not to pay this company that they are frauds. Please don't use Mega health Insurance.
