MICHIGAN BULB COMPANY CONTRACT VIOLATION ON PURCHASES LAWRENCEBURG, Indiana

Michigan Bulb Company is a fraudulant and deceptive Company. I place several orders and my checks were cashed comfirmation and a delivery date given for shipment base on climate for planting.

After the time for shipment passed and no shipment arrived I contacted Michigan Bulb and was informed that I am now in collection with  UNIVERSAL FEDILITY COLLECTION AGENCY and are not able to get any shipment until I make a payment to the collection Agengy and pay late charges.

I place the order online made the payment at the time of the order and my ckecks are cashed.  At know time did I enter in a payment agreement or installment payment but I was told it is out of there and in the hands of UNIVERSAL FIDELITY AND I WILL NOT GET ANY OF MY SHIPMENT.

I made sevaral contact and produced proof of payment but have not received any of my shipment shedudeled from April 2010.

I AM RETIRED AND MY ONLY INCOME IS MY PENSION AND MY SOCIAL SECURITY SO I PURCHASE THESE PLANTS TO PUT IN MY GARDEN AND ARE RIPPED OFF BY MICHIGAN BULB AND UNIVERSAL FIDELITY COLLECTION OF WHICH IS ON THE PAY ROLL AND LOCATED IN THE OFFICE OF MICHIGAN BULB COMPANY.

Please stop this rippoff before Michigan Bulb Company do this to any other customer.
