I ordered a Ed Hardy leather cuff bracelet on 12.10.08. My credit card was immediately charged $ 40.81. I had no knowledge of this because policy states your credit card will not be charged until the item is shipped. I received an email 10 days later stating the order was cancelled. No other information was given. I tried emailing milo shoes and received an error message. I called Milo shoes and received an answering machine. I was unable to leave a message. I called again and was hung up on. The website also appears to have been shut down. Upon receiving my credit card statement, I immediately contacted my credit card company a opened up a case to dispute the charges. I recommend everyone does the same and I would also cancel that particular credit card.
