Well after I had signed up with MNI credit report online I contacted their customer support to inform them that I wanted to cancel my free trial due to the fact that I was not able to view my report completely, I know I wrote the representatives name down somewhere. anyways told her that I wanted to cancel my service and why she then stated that I will be receiving a cancellation email which I never received so watched my debit card activity online everyday to make sure there was no charges coming from them. I saw a charge of $12.95 on 4/8 and I just signed up and requested a cancellation, called them and reported the charge and was told that they can cancel the membership but would not issue a credit, I argued with them but I will not get into that.

So, I assumed it was cancelled again for the second time but I was wrong, I checked my debit card again and noticed that not only was there a charge of $12.95 again but another charge of $9.95 I was so furious so I called them up again and the representative stated that she only see's a charge of $9.95 .I told her that I have cancelled my membership twice over the phone she then stated that she does not see any $12.95 charge so she asked for my card number to see if another account is associated with the card. I told her that it should be my husband but would be closed as well she then stated no I only show your account for $9.95 charge.

I got more upset so she transferred me to another lady who then saw the $12.95 charge and stated that neither my account nor my husband's account was not cancelled. she was rude and did not want to listen explained to her that I was told that an email will be sent to my email address confirming the cancellation as well as the confirmation #.

she then stated ma'am I do not see the request or you ever calling in so if you want to cancel your service I will go ahead and cancel it and your husband needs to call in to cancel his as well. told her that we called one two many times and I am not having it anymore I will find a way to report your ripoff to people.
