Mr. Andrews along with other non component employees of NES have called continuously to my home, work will not listen to anything I try to say to them. Their methods harassment and threats seem to be the only way this company operates. This company miss represents the Legal system, Mr. Andrews and others from this company have referred to themselves as Legal Litigators, as they sit in a hundred man/woman boiler room making these calls. Now I don't dismiss my credit problems at this time, however I have tryed several times to let this compnay know I do not have money, my home for is in the process of foreclosure due work lay offs in my family. But still this company continues threatening to freeze my assets (which I may say I don't have), to freeze my wages, and lien my home. Now I have explain time after time my situation to this company and still they continue harass.

You were NOT ripped off. You owe the money, you are not paying the money, they are calling you in accordance with the terms you agreed to when you spent someone elses' money. The only one ripping anyone off is actually you because you are not paying back debts that others have paid out on your behalf. Oh, and don't try to use big words you can't spell...it's incompetent.
