National Home Assistance, LLC Sam Walters Pray on Home Owners, take MONEY, do nothing !!!!!! Irvine, California

This guy SAM WALTERS, has about six different identities and 10 different titles working in 11 different departments.

We first contacted a number on a flyer we received in the mail that claimed to be some sort of "Payment Reduction Notice". It also read HUD on it, so I asked my wife to phone in. We thought it was our bank, come to find out it's a privately owned company named Corepac Solutions.... After a few simple questions, the young lady stated that the mortgage specialist Sam Walters would call us back should we be approved. A few minutes later with traffic noise in the backdrop, this Sam Walters phoned us, stating he had approval and we needed to pay $3500.00 to National Home Assistance, which was the attorney that would make all our problems go away. We didn't have that amount readily available, so Sam offered to get started on saving the home for half of the so called required $3500.00. Since my wife and I felt, okay, lets see some progress before we pay the other half. We received an e-mail with documents to complete and return, there was a previously forwarded e-mail in the e-mail we received to one "SAMMYARAYA@GMAIL.COM... There again, possibly another alias. I looked up both sam walters and araya and came up w/ a couple possible pics of this infanous con-man !!!

months went by, our lender still calling us, no sign of any progress what's so ever from Sam Walters and Corepac nor National Home Assistance, LLC.

I have called Sam for a refund and he claims the work is nearly done, yet my wife got the MOD done herself !!!! He will no longer receive, much less return our calls or money.....
