NCIC Operator Services Longview TX Network Communications Credit Card RipOff Longview Texas

Two days ago my vehicle developed a mechanical problem leaving me stranded on the roadway. To my dismay, I realized the battery on my cell phone was dead and unable to make any calls. I noticed a payphone at the chevron station just a short distance from my vehicle. lacking change to make the call, I decided to use my debit card to complete the call. Using Direct Dial, followed the prompts to use my card to make my call. Talked approx 4 mins to relay information about the breakdown and arrange a tow. At no time was I informed of rates, surcharges, etc...

When the charges appeared with my online banking account it totaled $30.00 with no address or phone number to contact them. Bank cannot help me till the transactions post. The ONLY way I was able to contact the carrier was through this site where I was able to retrieve this companys contact information. After talking with this companys representative I was informed of a $14.95 connection fee, A debit card surcharge of $3.00, and $1.15 per minute usage fee. Wich still does not add up to $30.00. The Representative promised to make good but hurriedly ended the call leaving me fairly sure that I am, simply put, out the thirty dollars for a 4 min phone call

After reading the other reports about this company I am certain that this company is ran by opportunistic thieves and crooks. It is my hope that something is done about how this company overbills and rips off its customers. This business needs to be Shut Down.
