I did not have change and I made a local call for 10 seconds and this NCIC charged me $14.92 to make a local call. I made a call to another city in America for less then 3 minutes and they charged me $32.17. I made total 5 calls and talk for maximum 10 minutes in total and this company charged over $100 on my credit card.

Is there any one who can help me or guide me, what are my option or what I can do? Many more people have complained about this company. I wish if I can get touch with them and take this company to the court.
