No Work Cash Boris Besner Owner SCAMMER Web Site. Refused to pay me. I completed all that was required. Internet

No Work Cash is a Scam.  This site is run by Boris Besner. 

Boris Besner is a person not of high morals.  He uses his web site No Work Cash to Scam people out of money.  I have been Scammed by Boris Besner.

This is a Pay To Click website.  When I was close to the $100.00 pay out I received a message from Boris Besner . He said I was close to the pay out and he would pay me when I reached the $100.00.  The normal procedure is you submit a request for payment. I never submitted a request for payment when I reached  $100.00.

I received an e-mail from Boris saying.  You Have Been Paid.  I checked my Paypal and nothing was there.  I waited a few days and still nothing.  Now I began to worry.

I checked my profile only to see that there was another Paypal e-mail address there not mine.  I contacted Boris Besner and explained someone committed FRAUD.  He paid the wrong person.  I have been trying to get my money for the past 3 weeks.  Boris said I should of checked my profile before I requested payment.  I never requested payment.

There is no doubt in my mine that Boris Besner is a low life and he is using the No Work Cash website to scam people.

Now I will copy and paste some of his answers to my request for  payment.  I apologize for his language.
