I responded to an e-mail offering a Risk Free Trial of Acai Berry and I fell for the scam. Shipping only was to be charged. I received the product within the 14-day period I called to cancel 10 days later. The operator told me that I was canceled and would not be charged that was in January 2009. February 10th 2009 I was charged $48.99. I called the company and asked why I was charged, I was told that I needed to send back the trial bottle in the 14-day period. Since I had not I was charged. I told the operator that when I talked to the first operator I was not told about returning the bottle I was just told that I was canceled. She said that it was in the terms that I agreed to when I ordered. She asked me for a name of the first person I talked to. I had not written it down so I could not tell her. She said that he had documented that I had in fact canceled. I asked her how she knew I had spoken to a male if she could tell me that then she would have his name in her notes. I was hung up on by customer service I will not get a refund; I did not see any results in the trial. The disclaimer does have the bottle needs to be returned buried in the massively long terms. Go to your local health food store and buy the product. Its much less and they won't SCAM you like Nutra Life will!!!!
