I was floored to find out I've been a member since June 2008, and that they were charging my credit card. I'm still unsure as to how they obtained my information!!

I asked where my signature was authorizing their company to charge my credit card, and was told they didn't need it because this is classified as a web integrated enrollment? What does that mean?

I was told that my information was obtained through Travelocity.com in June 2008 when I purchased some plane tickets over the Internet; at no time did I sign up for a membership for any company or anything-I only purchased plane tickets.

I used the Better Business Bureau's Online Complaint System. This is crazy!!! I intend to get all my money back!!!!
